A rotating disc at the bottom of a stationary process chamber rotates at high RPM. This creates a “tornado” of parts, abrasive media, and water (or no water at all, in the case of dry processing). This action deburrs, descales, radiuses and burnishes parts up to ten times faster than traditional vibratory methods.
